Damage Protection Policy:
A hold will be placed on your credit card 1 day prior to arrival in the amount of $500. This amount is not actually charged, only placed on hold. If the event that there is damage to the house during your stay, the amount will be charged to the card with the hold placed on it.  If there is no damage incurred, the hold will be lifted within 7 days of your departure.
